Job summary

Champion Home Builders Burleson is seeking a Production Worker with General Construction / Roofing experience to join the Burleson Texas plant. Weekly pay starts at $20 per hour, with a benefits package including 401k, paid vacation and holidays, medical Rx, dental, vision and life insurance.

The role involves building manufactured housing on a production line under general supervision, working with a team to construct roofs, and upholding safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform manual labor on a production line.
• Experience with roofing and general construction preferred.
• Able to pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Work on the production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team.
• Perform all manual labor in the assigned area.
• Work with a team to build roofs in a production setting.
• Keep the work area neat and clean.
• Read and use a tape measure.
• Read blueprints and orders; communicate well with coworkers.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or up to six-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.
• Must have general construction experience and knowledge
