Job summary

Champion Home Builders Burleson Trim Carpenters is seeking a Production Worker with general construction trim and woodworking experience for our Burleson, Texas plant. Under general supervision, you will participate on the production line to build manufactured housing components and perform quality work at a fast, steady pace.

Read blueprints and orders, measure with a tape, and use hand, air, and electrical tools as part of a team that keeps the work area clean and safe.

Qualifications

• M ust have general construction experience and knowledge.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.
• Less than high school education or up to six months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Work with a team to build roofs in a production setting.
• Keeps area neat and clean.
• Read and use a tape measure.
• Read blueprints and orders.
• Communicate well with coworkers.
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools.
