Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc in Burleson, TX is hiring a Production Worker with General Construction / Roofing and shingles experience. You will join a production team on the Burleson plant, building manufactured housing components, and performing quality work on a fast-moving line.

Weekly pay starts at $20 per hour with strong benefits and growth potential. The role includes following safety procedures, reading blueprints and orders, measuring with a tape, and using hand, air, and electrical

Qualifications

• Less than high school education, or up to six months related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desired.
• General construction experience and knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Works with a team to build roofs in a production setting.
• Keeps area neat and clean.
• Reads and uses a tape measure.
• Reads blueprints and orders.
• Communicates well with coworkers.
• Uses hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools.
