Position Summary

Support the production of bottled beverages by batching finished syrups, handling ingredients properly, documenting procedures, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Responsibilities

• Support beverage production efficiently, batching syrups according to specifications, handling ingredients, documenting procedures, and cleaning workspaces.
• Report any product out of specification or equipment issues immediately.
• Follow sanitation procedures on all equipment including tanks, pumps, fillers, conveyors, etc.
• Adhere to safety, health, environment, and quality policies.
• Participate in hazard mitigation and safety trainings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

• Follow GMP guidelines as per Title 21 CFR, section 110.10, including proper hygiene, equipment handling, and smoking policies.

Batching Procedures

• Follow batching procedures and document batches accurately.
• Report non-compliant products immediately.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or 1-2 years related experience.
• Experience in food and beverage industry preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math operations.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to work in wet environments and in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
