Job Description:
The Production Worker-Operator works directly in the manufacturing area ensuring quality standards are met, painting, removing stone from molds, packing accurately, and supporting production activities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Comply with Safety Policies and Procedures
- Apply color to molds with spray or brush according to quality standards
- Apply acid spray to molds
- Remove stones from molds and pack them, ensuring correct quantities
- Review quality standards of stones (air bubbles, color, deformations, etc.)
- Scrape excess cement from molds and manage cement in corner molds
- Ensure packaging standards are met (labels, staples, box type, assembly)
- Clean molds to reduce overpour
- Maintain a clean and organized work area for safety
- Respect scheduled breaks and lunches
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Train and perform duties across production lines as needed
- Maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and flexibility

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong safety and attendance record
- Knowledge of mold textures and stone colors
- OSHA safety standards knowledge
- Forklift certification preferred
- Basic reading, writing, and numerical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively about changes/problems
- Flexibility to work various shifts, overtime, weekends
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Teamwork skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- No minimum education required
- No prior experience or training necessary

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Prolonged standing or stationary work
- Repetitive movements
- Exposure to noise, dust, chemicals
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to move around the facility, ascend/descend stairs or ladders
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions
