Job Summary: The Production Worker - Operator works directly in the manufacturing area ensuring quality standards are met, painting, removing stone from molds, packing accurately, and supporting production activities.

Essential Functions

1. Comply with Safety Policies and Procedures
2. Apply color to molds with spray or brush according to quality standards
3. Apply acid spray to molds
4. Pull stones from mold and pack in boxes, ensuring correct quantities
5. Review quality standards of stones (air bubbles, color, deformations, etc.)
6. Scrape excess cement from molds and manage cement in corner molds
7. Ensure packaging standards, including labels and box assembly
8. Clean molds to reduce overpour
9. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
10. Respect scheduled breaks and lunches
11. Perform other duties as assigned, including training for different production lines
12. Ensure regular attendance, punctuality, and flexibility for shifts and overtime

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong safety and attendance record
• Knowledge of mold textures and stone colors
• Understanding of OSHA safety standards
• Forklift certification preferred
• Basic reading, writing, and numerical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively about changes or issues
• Flexible to work various shifts, overtime, and weekends
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team

Education and Experience

No minimum education or prior experience required.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Prolonged standing or stationary position
• Repetitive movements
