Manpower is seeking a Production Worker II for a client in the packaging manufacturing sector. The role supports the production line, ensuring quality and safety standards while maintaining efficient operations.

Work is performed on a Monday–Friday daytime shift with opportunities for advancement in a dynamic plant environment. The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, can perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 50 pounds, and communicate effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate various manufacturing equipment including hot melt, foam, corrugate balers, heat welders, and more.
• Follow manufacturing instructions closely to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices in the work area.
• Assist in physical inventory counts during month-end, year-end, and audits.
• Use Oracle system to accurately report production data and maintain records.

Our client, a leader in custom packaging manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Production Worker II to join their team. As a Production Worker II, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker II

Pay Rate: $19

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
