Manpower is assisting a leading manufacturing organization in Rochester, MN to hire a Packaging Machine Operator. You will safely set up and operate packaging equipment to optimize output while following safety policies.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years in manufacturing, strong technical skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You will troubleshoot, document, and communicate with the team.

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packaging Machine Operator

Pay Range: $22.25

Shift: Day shift, rotating 12 hr
