Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a leader in aerospace and defense, seeks an onsite manufacturing assembler in Fairfield, CA. You will set up and assemble parts, operate hand and machine tools, and follow detailed procedures to ensure high-quality outputs.

Role requires HS diploma or equivalent and ability to obtain ATF access. The schedule is Monday-Thursday, with potential overtime to meet deadlines and customer expectations.

Your schedule will be Monday-Thursday 4:00pm to 2:30 am with overtime on a business need basis.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF)

Qualifications We Prefer:

• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience using Citrix, SAP, Word and Excel

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is $35,537 to $66,651 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
