Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a hands-on team member for onsite roles in Fairfield, CA. You will set up and assemble parts, use basic tools, and follow procedures to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality.

A strong focus on compliance and continuous improvement is expected. The role requires a HS diploma or GED, ability to obtain ATF access, and familiarity with Citrix, SAP, Word and Excel.

• Examines methods and results for conformance to standards and reinstruct as required.
• Report to lead or supervisor on work progress and updates including conditions surrounding failures to meet quality standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Your schedule will be Monday-Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm with overtime on a business need basis.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience using Citrix, SAP, Word and Excel

• The salary range for this role is $35,537 to $66,651 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
