Job summary

Champion Home Builders Burleson is hiring a Production Worker with general construction experience to join our Burleson, Texas plant. Expect fast-paced teamwork on the production line building manufactured housing.

Weekly pay starts at $20 per hour with benefits including 401(k) match, paid vacation and holidays, medical, dental, vision, Rx and life insurance. Must be reliable, safety-conscious and able to read blueprints and orders.

Responsibilities

• Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.
• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Work with a team to build roofs in a production setting.
• Keeps area neat and clean.
• Read and use a tape measure
• Read blueprints and orders
• Communicate well with coworkers
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools

Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or up to six-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.
• Must have general construction experience and knowledge
