Job summary

Champion Home Builders in Burleson, Texas seeks a Production Worker with general construction experience to join our manufacturing team. Weekly pay starts at $20 per hour with great benefits and growth potential.

Under supervision, you will perform manual labor on the production line, read blueprints, measure with a tape, use hand and power tools, keep your area clean, and communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• General construction experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.

Summary

Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.

• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Work with a team to build roofs in a production setting.
• Keeps area neat and clean.
• Read and use a tape measure.
• Read blueprints and orders.
• Communicate well with coworkers.
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or up to six-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.
• Must have general construction experience and knowledge.
