FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Summary: Under general supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team, and perform quality work in a fast-moving and consistent manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Keeps area neat and clean.
• Read and use a tape measure.
• Read blueprints and orders.
• Communicate well with coworkers.
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools.
• May be required to travel if needed to work on frames that are hauling our homes.

• Must have the ability to work quickly and methodically.
• Must understand safety procedures.
• Must have good teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

• Mig/Arc Welding experience required.
• Some fabrication/design skills/experience required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing preferred but not required.
