Aerotek is seeking entry-level Production workers for an onsite role in Anoka, MN. This contract-to-hire position involves grinding, polishing, and basic fabrication tasks with room for growth and cross-training across departments.

Pay ranges from $20.50 to $22.75 per hour and includes standard manufacturing benefits as eligible. Responsibilities include operating hand and power tools, ensuring safety and quality, and maintaining an organized workspace in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience.
• Able to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Experience using hand and power tools is required or preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude gained through work, school, or hobbies.
• Knowledge of grinding, fabrication, welding, or sheet metal work is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $22.75/hr.
