Job summary

Rinker Materials in Menoken, ND is seeking a PRODUCTION WORKER to join our concrete production team. You will mix, pour and move concrete, operate mixers and conveyors, and help set up forms for production runs. This role requires reading work orders, using hand and power tools, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working outdoors.

Forklift experience and manufacturing background are preferred. We value safety, reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
• Able to work outdoors or in open air environments.
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Forklift experience is preferred for this role.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds; forklift or crane used for heavier loads.

• Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas.
• Assisting with transportation and placement of concrete forms and molds.

• Following safety protocols and wearing protective gear.
• Adhering to quality standards to ensure high-quality concrete products.
• Performing other tasks as assigned by management.

We are looking for a PRODUCTION WORKER to join our MENOKEN, ND plant. As a general laborer with Rinker Materials, you will contribute to one of the nation's largest manufacturers of reinforced concrete pipe, box, bridge, and other related infrastructure products for stormwater and sanitary applications.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Following safety protocols and wearing appropriate protective gear.
• Adhering to quality control standards to ensure the production of high-quality concrete products.
• Any other miscellaneous tasks assigned by management at any given time and in any given area

About You

We Require:

• Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to work outdoors or in open air environment.
• Preferred – Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferred – Experience operating a forklift, especially an industrial forklift.
• Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds frequently. Over 50 pounds, a forklift or crane will be used. Must be able to push or pull cart with 80 pounds of force. Must be able to climb stairs and ladders. Must be able to step up 20 inches.
