Job summary

Ideal Tridon is seeking Production Workers for all shifts at our Auburn Hills, MI facility. Work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing setting, performing bagging/boxing tasks, operating bagging machines, handling parts, and following safety procedures. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Inspect and package products for Ideal Tridon.
• Locate the products.
• Ensure that machines do not run out of materials.
• Monitor product quality.
• Housekeeping while at the machine.
• Production reporting.
• May perform other related duties as assigned.

Production Worker - All Shifts

Operations Full-time Regular Direct Labor Auburn Hills, MI, US

Salary Range: $17.00 To $18.00 Annually

We are seeking Production Workers for all Shifts.

POSITION SUMMARY

Work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing setting that may include dust and debris and can be loud at times. Perform various tasks involved in bagging/ boxing operation including but not limited to setting up and operating bagging machines, handling parts and materials, packing parts and other related activities usinghand tools, various type of packing materials. Must follow all applicable safety procedures to avoid injuries including but not limited to requests for help from co-workers. Proper handling of finished parts and products to avoid injuries or damage, follow all operational instructions when operating or using tools and equipment. Provide quality checks as determined.

Job may require overtime and a flexible schedule, reporting early and working late, including weekends.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks.

• Hi-Lo Certification preferred , will be trained and certified on the hi-lo.
• ( 1 ) year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred .
• Must be able to clear drug screen and background check .
• Must have reliable transportation.
