Ideal Tridon is seeking a Press Operator for 2nd Shift at our Auburn Hills, MI plant. The role operates a press to cut and shape metal, loading coils, and performing quality checks in a non climate-controlled environment. Overtime, weekend hours, and a strict safety protocol are expected.

The position requires a high school diploma, Hi-Lo certification preferred, and about 1 year in manufacturing with reliable transportation. Applicants must pass drug/background checks.

We are seeking a Press Operator for 2nd Shiftat our Auburn Hills, MI Plant.

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday from 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM

POSTION SUMMARY

Work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing setting that may include dust and debris and can be loud at times. Perform various tasks involved in operating a press to cut, shape and design all sorts and gauges of metal. Duties may also include loading and unloading metal coils, troubleshooting machines for malfunctions or irregularities, fixing machines to run and operate properly along with perform other preventative maintenance on the press. Must follow all applicable safety procedures to avoid injuries including requests for help from co-workers. Proper handling of finished parts and products to avoid injuries or damage, follow all operational instructions when operating or using tools and equipment. Provide quality checks as determined. Job may require overtime and a flexible schedule, reporting early and working late, including weekends.
