Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently following Standard Work and supervisor instructions.
• Manage equipment related to production units and material handling.
• Adhere to safety policies, including PPE use, machine guards, and safety practices.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Conduct visual quality inspections.
• Maintain housekeeping and perform general maintenance within the work area.
• Implement 5S and TPM practices in the workspace.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand continuously, lift/carry frequently, and perform physical tasks such as stooping, bending, pulling, pushing, twisting, reaching, and grasping. Occasional climbing and balancing.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ years of manufacturing production experience preferred.
