Starting Pay: $19.75 per hour

Additional: $1.50 shift differential from 2:30 pm -- 4:00 am

Shift: 2nd
Hours: 3:15PM-1:45AM

We Need Someone Who Can

At Schwan's, safety, cleanliness, and health are priorities. We seek individuals who take these seriously.

• 1-2 years of experience, high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be physically active
• Lift up to 50 lbs., bending, carrying, pushing, pulling, and other activities
• Stand and walk on concrete for long periods, work in cold/hot temperatures
• Operate machines safely with minimal supervision
• Communicate and problem-solve with coworkers, perform basic math
• Obtain production specifications
• Relay information across all employee levels
• Work overtime or weekend shifts as needed
• Complete background check and drug screen post-offer

Responsibilities

• Set up and pre-run equipment for proper startup
• Control line speeds, batch formulas, start/stop equipment, ensure product quality and safety
• Perform quality checks
• Complete paperwork like downtime, HACCP, using SAP SOPs
• Use PPE such as bump caps, safety glasses, ear plugs, hair/beard nets, gloves, safety shoes
• Act in accordance with company values, policies, and standards
