What You Will Do

• Review instructions and ensure availability of materials and safety equipment
• Set up and operate filling and packaging equipment, including fillers, labelers, cappers, and more
• Take samples, maintain cleanliness, and participate in continuous improvement activities
• Measure quality and productivity, document results, and assist with line changeovers
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and perform other duties as assigned

Position Details

• Location: Huntington, IN
• Shift options: 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm, Mon-Fri) or 3rd Shift (11pm-7am, Sun-Thu)
• Pay: $19.28/hour plus shift differential ($0.35 for 2nd shift, $0.50 for 3rd shift)

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a plant or warehouse setting
• Basic math skills
• No immigration sponsorship available

Physical Demands

• Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Training in safety and DOT standards
• Ability to analyze safety, quality, and productivity data
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with continuous improvement systems
• Attention to detail and teamwork skills
