Description

Works closely with the lead and other team members to achieve departmental goals of productivity, efficiency, quality, delivery, 6S, and safety. Responsibilities include developing skills, performing manufacturing tasks, maintaining quality, and working reliably during scheduled hours.

Position Details

• Shift Times: Monday - Thursday, 3:30PM - 2:00AM
• Shift Premium: $2.00 per hour for 2nd shift
• Pay Schedule: Weekly

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate core values and perform tasks using hand tools to ensure quality products.
• Assist with loading/unloading products, operate machinery, perform quality checks, and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Support team collaboration, meet daily production goals, and perform cross-training as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
