Staffmark is seeking a dedicated Production Worker for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Mason, OH, with a company known for precision craftsmanship and a legacy of excellence in custom manufacturing. Hours & Pay


1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 2:55 PM | Pay: $16.50/hour


2nd Shift: 3:15 PM - 11:45 PM | Pay: $17.50/hour


Employment Type: Temp to hire



What You'll Do



  • Read and interpret factory orders

  • Perform glazing procedures on custom-manufactured doors

  • Use hand and power tools comfortably and safely

  • Follow safety and quality procedures, including PPE requirements

  • Maintain good attendance and a neat, professional appearance

  • Rotate between workstations as production needs shift

  • Lift and move products up to 50 lbs consistently

  • Work in a loud and fluctuating-temperature environment

  • Stand, bend, reach, and use hands throughout the shift
