Job summary

ABR Employment Services in Appleton, WI is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Crew Member to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. You will work on a Vboard production line, inspecting finished materials for quality and preparing them for shipment.

This is a Monday–Friday role with an evening schedule and opportunities to learn new skills and advance within the organization. Prior production experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred
• Good work history/tenure
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to follow written production instructions and specifications
• Dependable attendance and ability to work the scheduled shift
• Willingness to learn different areas of production
• Ability to work extended shifts, potentially up to 12 hours, when covering vacations or other absences

Responsibilities

• Accumulate, count, inspect, and pack finished products
• Inspect products for proper lamination, printing, and overall appearance
• Pack finished products according to customer specifications and quality standards
• Prepare, build, stack, band, and wrap skids
• Supply the appropriate paper and materials needed for production
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process
• Communicate quality concerns to machine operators and team members
• Read and follow production schedules and customer specifications
• Help maintain production rates while minimizing waste
• Assist with other production and machine operations as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

Pay: $20.00/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1:55 PM–10:00 PM
