ResourceMFG is seeking dependable and motivated Manufacturing Production Workers for a 2nd Shift opportunity in El Paso, TX. You will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting materials, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required; candidates must follow instructions and work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

We are seeking dependable and motivated Manufacturing Production Workers for a 2nd Shift opportunity. In this role, you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting materials, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Responsibilities include assembling and packaging products, monitoring production lines, performing quality inspections, following work instructions, maintaining production records, and keeping work areas clean and organized. Team members are expected to work safely, meet productivity goals, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Pay Rate: $16.25 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift
Employment Type: Temporary

Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be able to follow written and verbal instructions, perform repetitive tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 35 pounds as needed. Strong attention to detail, reliability, good attendance, and a commitment to workplace safety are essential. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
