Job summary

Welch Packaging Group Inc. is seeking a production associate to work Monday through Thursday, 2:30pm–12:30am, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will follow safety procedures, ensure products meet specifications, and contribute to on-time delivery. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least one year of manufacturing experience, with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Ability to work safely adhering to all safety processes and policies.

SUMMARY

Monday-Thursday

Work in a production environment following all safety procedures, quality processes and hitting our targeted build rates.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Follow proper safety procedures and processes
• Responsible for ensuring the product being built is built to spec and 100% accurate
• Responsible for maintaining the highest level of productivity to ensure 100% on time delivery to our customers.
• Responsible for maintaining the housekeeping standards of the plant
• Responsible for working as a team with all team members of the facility.
• Day to day responsibilities may include some or all of the following assembling, stacking, wrapping, stapling, gluing, stickering, and taping boxes.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• 1+ years in a manufacturing/production environment
• Ability to work safely adhering to all safety processes and policies.
