Job Responsibilities

• Operate and set up lines and areas according to established procedures.
• Verify correct setup and operation of equipment to achieve desired results.
• Inspect products periodically to ensure specifications are met.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Perform operator duties when needed.
• Report problems to management.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tag-out protocols.
• Communicate issues effectively to management.
• Follow GMPs and safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience & Skills

• 0-1 years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at machine speed.
• Basic understanding of written English preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing plant environment with noise, temperature extremes, and movement of equipment and personnel.
• Conditions typical of a food manufacturing facility.
• No domestic travel required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for over 4 hours.
