Location: West Chicago, IL (DuPage County)

Pay Rate: $26.47/hr plus $0.50 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Shift: 2nd or 3rd (2nd - 3pm-11pm)

As a Production Worker reporting to the Shift Supervisor, your responsibilities include operating a palletizer, working with your team on the production line, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Our West Chicago plant manufactures Rigid Paper Containers for food packaging, operating on a 24x5 shift schedule.

What You'll Be Doing

• Inspecting and palletizing composite paper cans, placing divider sheets, tagging pallets, and assembling pallets.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Participating actively in safety initiatives and suggesting improvements.
• Maintaining product quality and documenting performance data accurately.
• Performing repetitive tasks, including going up/down stairs and standing for long periods.
• Lifting up to 25 lbs. as needed.
• Working efficiently while maintaining craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work outside regular hours, including weekends, if required.
