Location: West Chicago, IL (DuPage County)
Pay Rate: $26.47/hr plus $0.50 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts
Shift: 2nd or 3rd
(2nd - 3pm-11pm)
(3pm-11pm)

Reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor, the Production Worker will operate a palletizer, perform tasks on the production line, and ensure the quality and safety of products. The role emphasizes safety, quality, productivity, punctuality, and teamwork, offering opportunities for long-term career growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Inspecting and palletizing composite paper cans, placing divider sheets, tagging pallets, and assembling top frames.
• Collaborating with team members to support plant operations and safety initiatives.
• Maintaining product quality and documenting production data accurately.
• Performing repetitive tasks, including climbing stairs and standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Working quickly with attention to detail and flexibility to work outside regular hours, including weekends if needed.
