Summary

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Inspect vehicles used for food transport for cleanliness and condition.
2. Follow procedures for receiving materials to ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
3. Unloading, loading, and transportation of food maintained to ensure product integrity.
4. Pump incoming milk to storage tanks and record volumes.
5. Perform antibiotic and other necessary tests.
6. Pass state-mandated tests for receiving and testing milk.
7. Load shipments, prepare shipping documents, and COA.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
9. Sanitize tanks and maintain equipment cleanliness.
10. Adhere to SOPs and SSOPs, complying with HACCP, FDA, EPA, OSHA, USDA, WDA, and customer standards.
11. Report on time, wear proper attire, and assist in setup.
12. Follow Lifeway Employee Policy and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education

1. High school diploma or equivalent; or 3-6 months related experience.
2. Demonstrate leadership, organization, and self-efficacy.
3. Ability to read/write reports and communicate effectively.
4. Basic math skills, including algebra and geometry.
5. Knowledge of manufacturing and inventory software, and Microsoft Office.
6. Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for 8 hours, climb ladders, and maneuver equipment. Reasonable accommodations available.
