Trillium Staffing is now seeking Production Workers in Vanderbilt, MI!

Pay rate is $18/hour.

Summary: Tends one or more machines, special purpose machines including Hydraulic presses, Mechanical presses, Power Benders, saws, end formers, CNC, mill, baggers, etc. to specifications on production basis by performing the following duties.

• Lifts work piece manually or using hoist and secures work-piece in fixture or loads automatic feeding device.
• Starts machine, engages feed, and observes operation. Inspects and measures machined work pieces to verify conformance to specifications.
• Moves machine controls and guides to adjust machine.
• Files, sands, or shapes machined parts.
• Cleans machined parts.
• Packing of product as required.
• Follows directions of leaders and management.
• Responsible for ensuring that all work is performed as stated on the work order procedure.
• Will learn to run and set-up all production equipment as needed.
• Responsible for efficiently performing any other work assigned by management.
• Required to perform job in a safe manner, wearing proper protective equipment.
• Required to do all paperwork associated with the jobs and for quality control.
• Capable and willing to learn set-up and operation of all equipment.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
