The Production Worker Entry Level position offers starting pay of $21.49 per hour with scheduled increases to $26.86 at 18 months, plus a comprehensive benefits package, weekly production bonuses, and profit sharing. Overview

Steel of West Virginia, Inc., a subsidiary of Steel Dynamics, Inc. operates a steel mill located in Huntington, WV and adjacent to Marshall University. SWVA supplies specialty long rolled steel beams and channels as well as semi-finished weldments via our three rolling mills and robotic weld and material handling lines.

The Production Worker Entry Level Pay is $21.49 per hour. Double-time is paid on seventh consecutive day worked. Rate increases every six months until full rate ($26.86) is reached at 18 month anniversary (per current union contract).

Production Workers at our finishing lines then custom finish structural beams, channels, and special shape steel sections to customer specifications.
