Production Worker – Sabina, OH

Pay Rate: $15.25 - $15.75 per hour

Shifts

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to manufacture automotive instrument clusters and head‑up display components.
• Support molding, material handling, sub‑assembly, final assembly, HUD operations, or 5C organizational functions as assigned.
• Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures, and quality requirements.
• Perform quality inspections and equipment checks to ensure product standards are met.
• Move materials, totes, or finished goods using dollies, conveyors, or storage systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals, OEE, and KPI targets.
• Rotate workstations as needed to support workflow and efficiency.
