Job summary

Staffmark Group in Wapakoneta, OH is seeking a Production Associate to operate machines, assemble parts, and pack goods for shipment. This hands-on role offers room to grow within a team-focused manufacturing environment.

Two shifts are available: 1st Shift 7 AM–5 PM and 3rd Shift 9 PM–7 AM. High school diploma preferred but not required; prior manufacturing experience is not mandatory. Safety and quality are emphasized throughout the production process.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble pallet displays, containers, and product packaging according to production requirements.
• Place products into displays, install top caps, and secure finished displays for shipment.
• Load manufacturing components onto racks and assist with production line operations.
• Stack materials, support press room activities, and maintain efficient workflow.
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy while meeting production goals.

• Comfortable working around conveyor lines, assembly stations, and manufacturing equipment.
