Aerotek in Poulsbo, WA is seeking entry-level Production Workers to join a busy manufacturing facility producing custom office furniture across wood and steel fabrication and assembly.

You will perform cleaning, lift up to 50 lbs, operate machines, use hand and power tools, and support wood/steel fabrication and assembly teams in a loud, dusty environment.

Job Title: (Entry Level) Production Workers Job Description

Join our team in a dynamic production facility where we create custom office furniture for major corporations. Whether in Wood Fabrication, Wood Assembly, Steel Fabrication, or Steel Assembly departments, you'll play a vital role in producing high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Engage in cleaning, heavy lifting, and general production work.
• Operate machines and perform banding tasks.
• Utilize hand and power tools to assemble furniture components.
• Participate in wood and steel fabrication and assembly processes.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Experience in wood fabrication and assembly.
• Ability to handle steel fabrication tasks including welding and assembly.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Poulsbo, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.40 - $18.40/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
