Fabrication Machine Operator

Location: Redmond, WA

Schedule: Full-Time

Dayshift Hours: Monday – Thursday | 5:00am – 4PM OT on Friday

Nightshift Hours: Monday – Thursday | 4pm – 2:30am OT on Friday

Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday | 4am – 4:30pm

Position Overview

We are seeking a Fabrication Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This role is ideal for candidates with machine operation or production experience who enjoy hands‑on work in a fast‑paced environment. You will operate fabrication equipment, work from blueprints, and help support daily production goals while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Utilize hand tools, mechanical tools, and pneumatic tools to complete manufacturing processes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Monitor machine performance and perform basic adjustments as needed.
• Support material handling, staging, and manufacturing operations.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety and production procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Previous machine operating, manufacturing, fabrication, or production experience.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and production drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.71 – $26.71/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
