As a Production Worker at the Allen Edmonds Manufacturing & Production Facility, you will support the manufacturing and production processes for our high-quality men's footwear. Prior production experience is beneficial, but we value a learning mindset and a positive attitude. We provide training to help you succeed. Our workplace is a close-knit, family-oriented environment where associates often retire after long careers. What will you be doing?
  • Operate production equipment including electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic machinery for cutting, fitting, soling, lasting, bottoming, and finishing operations.
  • Inspect the quality of work, meet production requirements, detect defects, and notify leadership as needed.
  • Create a safe work environment by following company policies and OSHA safety procedures.
