Job Description Summary
Position: Production Worker
Location: Pine Bluff, AR
Pay: $20.60/hr

**MUST BE WILLING TO WORK OVERTIME IF NEEDED**

Reporting to the shift supervisor, you will work in our tube and core division, responsible for efficient and safe production line operations. Excellent attendance, a proven track record in fast-paced environments, and the ability to collaborate with various teams are essential. You should also have a keen eye for defect detection and pride in your hands-on and analytical skills.

What you'll be doing:

• Collaborating with other departments and teams
• Thinking quickly and troubleshooting issues
• Adjusting processes, monitoring, and reporting on quality
• Setting up new jobs, training on different lines and departments
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Performing duties as assigned by supervisors
• Supporting Sonoco's quality and safety policies
• Assisting other departments as needed
• Using downtime for cleaning and organization
