Nesco Resource is seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Workers to join our client's dynamic team, in Montgomery, PA. As a Production Worker, you will be playing a crucial role in our manufacturing process and ensuring the efficient production of high-quality product.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment according to established guidelines and safety protocols.
• Assemble, package, and label products accurately and efficiently, adhering to quality standards and production schedules.
• Monitor production processes to identify and address any issues that may arise, such as equipment malfunctions or quality deviations.
• Perform routine inspections and tests on products to ensure they meet specifications and quality requirements.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistency in production processes.
• Work in a fast paced environment.

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Steel toed shoes with skid resistant soles are required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Forklift Experience (is a plus!).
• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.

Currently hiring for 1st shift!
1st shift hours 6am-2:30pm

Starting wage is $17.00-$18.00 per hour.
