Job summary

Mancan is seeking a Bottle Handling and Packaging Specialist in Alliance, OH for a 2nd shift (3pm–1am) on a temporary-to-hire basis. Responsibilities include feeding bottles into lines, inserting triggers, skidding, and boxing for packaging. Fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.

Benefits accompany temporary placement; pay starts at $11.00 per hour with raises after hire. Candidates should be able to stand long periods, lift/move bottles, and work well in a team while

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong reading and writing skills and ability to perform simple arithmetic.
• Physical stamina for lifting and moving bottles throughout the shift.

• Dumping bottles into designated areas.
• Placing bottles onto the production lines.
• Inserting triggers into the bottles.
• Skidding and preparing bottles for shipment.
• Placing bottles into boxes for packaging.

• Must be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions is essential.
• Physical stamina is required for lifting and moving bottles throughout the shift.
• Ability to work as part of a team to ensure smooth operation of the production line.
• Must be able to handle strong smells
• Be able to stand in one area for long periods of time
• Must be capable of following verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work as part of the production team.
• Must have good reading and writing skills / must be able to perform simple arithmetic.
