Job summary

Champion Packaging & Distribution Inc. is hiring for a full-time packaging associate. The role involves inspecting bottles, boxes and labels before packing to ensure quality standards are met.

Bilingual ability is preferred but not required, with duties including checking for dents, cleanliness, proper labeling and correct box sizing. Employees should be able to stand/walk most of the shift and lift up to 50 pounds.

• There is no visual contamination
• Labels are straight with no tears present

• The proper size box is being used
• Glue joints are glued properly
• Boxes are not damaged - free of any tears or crease
• Labels are not torn on the bottles
• Label is oriented properly on the bottles prior to packing

Requirements

• Stand/walk for the majority of the shift, and be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Have a great attitude and be a good teammate
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned
• Have spent at least 1 continuous year in a recent job
• Warehouse experience preferred but not required

Hours

1st shift (7am-3pm), 2nd shift hours (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm) 3rd (11pm-7am) M-F OT as needed
