New Carlisle, IN - Conveniently located only 10 minutes west of South Bend! FAB DEPT 2nd: 2pm-10:30pm, $19/HR Monday-Friday FURNACING DEPT: Nights 4pm-4am, Pay $19/HR Days 4am-4pm, Pay, $19/HR Rotational Schedule: Enjoy a truly flexible work-life balance! This unique rotating schedule means you work every other weekend (e.g., 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, etc.). Maximize your time off!

Responsibilities

As a crucial member of the production floor, you will be instrumental in the final stages of product preparation and shipment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Quality Control & Preparation: Precisely bag and weigh ceramic fiber material, ensuring every package meets our rigorous quality standards before shipment.
• Operational Excellence: Expertly operate essential production and processing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Material Handling: Skillfully roll out and prepare material for wrapping, followed by accurate cutting and packing for final shipment.
