Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is assisting a leading food manufacturer in Delphos, OH in finding dedicated workers for the production line. You will help ensure efficient and safe operation, including palletizing finished goods, packaging, and sanitation tasks.

Shifts are 12 hours, with day and night options, and a Monday–Friday layout along with various shifts available. Pay starts at $17.00 per hour; prior manufacturing experience and GMP/HACCP familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

• No degree required and 0-1 years of experience accepted.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Familiarity with GMP and HACCP is preferred.

Responsibilities

Spherion is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join a leading food manufacturer in Delphos, OH!

In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our production line. Multiple departments available including palletizing finished goods, packaging products, and performing critical sanitation duties to maintain a high standard of cleanliness within the facility. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for consistent work with competitive pay.

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Shifts: Monday through Friday

12hr shifts both day and night available

Responsibilities:

• Operate palletizing equipment to stack finished products according to specifications.
• Perform various packaging tasks, including inspecting, labeling, and boxing products.
• Ensure accurate product counts and proper packaging for shipment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Monitor equipment and report any malfunctions or issues to supervision.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
• Experience with pallet jacks or other material handling equipment.
• Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP principles.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
