Job summary

Van Drunen Farms in Illinois is seeking Production Workers to efficiently prepare food products across drying, freezing, and packing lines. You will operate various plant equipment and adapt to daily product variations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.

• Must be able to collaborate with others, but also work independently if needed.
• Previous production experience is beneficial, but not required.
• Must be physically able to walk and stand for long periods of time during shift hours.
• Be willing to adhere to all hygienic and food safety requirements in the plant.

Job Summary

During all the different processing, the employee will be expected to work with different equipment in the plant as well as product variation from day to day.
