ManpowerGroup client in the food manufacturing industry is seeking a Production Worker to join their team in Wilmington, MA. The role is on 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 11:30 PM) with a pay rate of $17 per hour and involves working in a cold-temperature environment.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided. You will rotate across production tasks, monitor quality, and help maintain GMP and safety standards while supporting a dynamic manufacturing process.

• Ability to tolerate temperature variations, including cold and hot conditions
• Must pass drug and background screenings

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to assist with food manufacturing, assembly, and packaging processes
• Rotate between various production tasks including assembly, rolling, and packing croissants and sandwiches
• Monitor products for quality and foreign materials, notifying supervisors of any issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to GMP policies and safety standards
• Assist in identifying and resolving mechanical or material issues on the production line

As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Wilmington & Haverhill, MA

Pay Rate: $17 an hour

Shift: 2nd shift - 8 hour shift between 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM
