Job summary

ManpowerGroup is partnering with an industry-leading food manufacturer to hire a Production Worker. You will support the production line by operating equipment, assisting with assembly, rolling, and packaging, and monitoring products for quality.

This 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 11:30 PM) offers cold-temperature work, competitive pay with shift differential, and a path to ongoing employment and skill development. No prior experience is required; comprehensive training is provided to get you up to speed

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in various areas of production as needed.
• Ability to tolerate temperature variations, including cold and hot conditions.
• Must pass drug and background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to assist with food manufacturing, assembly, and packaging processes.
• Rotate between production tasks including assembly, rolling, and packaging croissants and sandwiches.
• Monitor products for quality and foreign materials, notifying supervisors of any issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to GMP policies and safety standards.
• Assist in identifying and resolving mechanical or material issues on the production line.

Our client, an industry leader in food manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Wilmington & Haverhill, MA

Pay Rate: $17 an hour

Shift: 2nd shift - 8 hour shift between 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM
