ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Worker for a food manufacturing client in Wilmington, MA. You will support the production line, operate equipment, and assist with assembly, rolling, and packing croissants and sandwiches on the 2nd shift.

No prior experience required; training provided. You must be able to tolerate a cold-temperature environment and pass drug/background screenings. Competitive hourly pay with shift differentials and potential ongoing employment are offered.

Our client, an industry leader in food manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Wilmington & Haverhill, MA

Pay Rate: $17 an hour

Shift: 2nd shift - 8 hour shift between 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM

*** Please note: This role involves working in a cold-temperature environment .

What's the Job?

• Operate equipment to assist with food manufacturing, assembly, and packaging processes
• Rotate between various production tasks including assembly, rolling, and packing croissants and sandwiches
• Monitor products for quality and foreign materials, notifying supervisors of any issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to GMP policies and safety standards
• Assist in identifying and resolving mechanical or material issues on the production line
