Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Worker for a leading food manufacturing client. You will operate equipment to support the production line, and rotate across assembly, rolling, and packaging croissants and sandwiches while checking quality and reporting issues.

This full-time, 2nd shift role runs 2:30 PM–11:30 PM in a cold-temperature environment. Training is provided, with opportunities for ongoing employment, skill development, and a supportive team in a safety‑driven, quality‑focused

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in various areas of production as needed.
• Ability to tolerate temperature variations, including cold and hot conditions.
• Must pass drug and background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to assist with food manufacturing, assembly, and packaging processes.

Our client, an industry leader in food manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Wilmington & Haverhill, MA

Pay Rate: $17 an hour

Shift: 2nd shift - 8 hour shift between 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM
