Aventure Staffing in Fairmont, MN is seeking a dependable Production Worker to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll operate production machinery, assemble and package products, and help maintain a safe, organized workspace in a fast-paced environment.

This position offers a Monday–Thursday schedule with overtime on Fridays, competitive pay ($14.65–$15.65 per hour with overtime opportunities), and benefits including paid holidays and PTO.
