This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

1. Rotate through various job responsibilities and tasks within your assigned workspace on an hourly basis.
2. Assist with shoveling, lifting, carrying boards and debris, while contributing to a clean and safe work environment, with exposure to dust.
3. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
4. Contribute to maintaining a safe work environment.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.
• Capability to perform repetitive manual tasks, including standing for long hours, walking, shoveling, climbing stairs, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort working in environments with environmental elements, moving mechanical equipment, loud noise, and dust.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus; knowledge of engineered wood processing is an asset.
• Strong teamwork skills and effective collaboration with co-workers.
• High attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
• Desire to learn, grow, and succeed.
