Summary

Under general supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team, performing quality work in a fast-paced and consistent manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor assigned to the area.
• Maintain a neat and clean workspace.
• Read and use a tape measure.
• Read blueprints and orders.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers.
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education, or up to one month of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or modular housing is preferred.

Physical Demands

Employees must regularly stand, handle, reach, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, and crouch. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and more than 100 pounds occasionally. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
